Resident Pre-Installation Opt-In Form

     Fidium Fiber and Mirra Co. are offering Windswept residents the option to install access lines going from the new Fidium boxes to  your homes. These access points would allow you to quickly and easily connect to the Fidium Fiber network in the future if you decide to try their service. Installation of the access point is not required, does not cost you anything and does not commit you to trying or using Fidium service; however, pre-installation would make accessing Fidium in the future much easier if you ever want to explore it as a service provider (service will be available to WSAC resident no later than July). The installation would place a small connection point near your skirting.
